After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Niche fields like?
Computer vision, HPC, Security.. etc.
People in popular fields mostly pursue them because it's a popular trend with guaranteed money and status not because they're genuinely passionate about it. They go through all the difficult exams interviews and work hours because they want to win the rats race not because they want to actually work on something meaningful. Meanwhile mostly those in niche fields are genuine about their passion or interest.
Also, a lot of those in popular STEM fields don't focus at all on the social sciences and languages they are taught and look down on them and the people persuing them. So they never learned the ability to be a sensible human beings who actually focus on their surroundings and people and contribute positively to the society lol
