My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

VOO. I predominantly use Schwab’s robo advisor and have consistently been 8% below S&P 500. (1) based on the historical performance of VOO, am I better off shifting all of my retirement and brokerage accounts to VOO? (2) how do I do that? How should I go about this? I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
