I’ve joined toastmasters to work on my public speaking and communication skills in general + I practice interview questions before interviews. I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

AmLaw200 I interviewed with will likely go with a “more experienced candidate”. I’ve got 8 years and its a staff attorney role so whatever. Partner I met with was rushed from the start like he had already made up his mind.
