Is selling feet pics an unethical side hustle?
Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Have you done a sleep study?
Melatonin+Benadryl = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep
Taking Benadryl nightly like that long term is a bad idea. It’s been linked to Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Sleep study for sure. Long story but I had TMJ my whole life, still do, got a different kind of appliance for that which holds my jaw forward and my tongue in a different place and I learned at 43 what it feels like to actually really sleep and wake up feeling good. Starting to dream in your 40s after never dreaming is wild.
I did not have insomnia, but I would wake up probably every 1 hour to use the restroom. And I never woke up any morning in 30 years and felt good. Every day from childhood into adulthood was misery waking up because I wasn't sleeping right (I suspect my tongue and throat were relaxing and limiting my airflow and my deep sleep. So, no insomnia per se. Just terrible sleep.
With my appliance, I woke up and felt incredible. There are so many new appliances online right now that help with tongue position, jaw position, you could try one of those to see if it helps.
Start with things that you can control:
- Get a whoop.
- Track your sleeping patterns.
- Cut alcohol; no alcohol, that's the most single disruptor, followed by late-night dinners.
- Add into the mix melatonin, magnesium, and vitamin B.
- Finally add meditation before bed
All of the above made the trick for me.

Ambien gives the best sleep ever. Gives my wife some funny stories to tell if I take to long getting into bed.
Lunesta is good if you need help falling asleep.
At one point it was training for endurance sports. Gym at 4:30 am straight to work then home and asleep by 9
I have bad TMJ and recently tried a vitamin b derivative called inositol which helps quite a bit. I pair it with l-theanine and magnesium glycinate. I also take Trazadone and a muscle relaxer. I’m not a doctor so encourage you to speak to yours abt what’s right for you.
My issue is definitely the pain and I will analyze things at night. I’ve always had issues sleeping since I was a child.
