So after you max your investment accounts (401K, IRÁ, emergency savings. etc) what do you do next?

A little context: 24M, started in the pandemic, moved back home and paid off my student loans.

Do I move out? Can I start spending on myself? Am I missing anything from a saving perspective?

Apologies in advance if this comes off entitled/arrogant, really just looking for some advice and wanted to give as clear a picture as possible.

So this dude asked me late last night if I wanted to call him and said he needed someone to talk to while working late..told me to let him know if I had a guy over then he’ll talk to someone else. I didn’t have a guy over and not that kind of person so why assume that? It pisses me off.
