Started at an early-stage weather forecasting startup with 3 months probation + 6 months internship, and have been here for nearly 3 years. Grew from ₹2.16 LPA to ₹9.38 LPA CTC. As the primary developer, I've handled web development, Android apps, AWS, defence projects with end-to-end ownership .
My concern: I haven't worked in a traditional Agile/team environment. How would recruiters count my experience, and what salary range should I target?

But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
