Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

What’s an Engagement Manager?
I have received an offer from PA Consulting , which I think will speed up my development by around 2 years, compared to staying where I am. (More diverse role, exposure, not just focused on one platform/product for which I currently am). In addition, the offer is also a large increase in package. I have only been at my current company for 6 months, however I would like to take the offer, how do I approach this?

I’d ignore D1, Berkeley partnership are well known and regarded. They tend to only accept senior consultants so don’t have a pool of junior talent to body shop. From a colleague that moved across I’ve heard it could often feel like resource augmentation, however that was about 3-4 years ago so not sure if it’s still the same.

I spoke to a recruiter about them. Apparently a lot of people stay for a few years and then move to industry. Alternatively it takes like 7 years to become partner. So depends if you want to join a company to get experience and move on, or if you want a long term role. I personally wouldn’t join an organisation where my only chance of promotion will be after 7ish years.
Thanks all. Just trying to consider all options. Any insight on total comp?
