hows work life balance ?
Thanks for the post, please do share about the work culture/WLB.
In my experience the work culture is good. It is a collaborative environment. There is no ego nor toxicity in the management.
Most stuff are structured and streamlined by processes but when necessary there are also ways to ensure that you're not stuck in the process loop. In my experience, there is no to little impedance in work. You are free to set your boundaries. And you're also get the resources that you need given that you have proper use case. You're free to share your ideas, which, if good, get implemented.
The mindset is that, you're hear to learn from other and others are here to learn from you. People are very approachable, mostly casual, very inclusive and fun.
Hello, i got an offer from Nielsen visualIQ do you happen to know anything about the wlb or is it same across all Nielsen provided you can belong to any entity
thanks for response
How many days do you work from office in a week? How strictly is this enforced?
Can you opt for remote work? Are there folks who have done that?
Is everyone in engineering and product based out of Bangalore, or is there flexibility to join Mumbai and other offices?
We work in a hybrid model which is driven by team requirements. Most remote roles are slowly migrated to a hybrid approach. In my experience, we don't have fixed days in a week. There are that coordinate and come to visit together.
There are tech offices in Mumbai and Banglore. The location also depends on your team and role you're hired for.
How is the job security at Nielsen? Also what do you make of the growth opportunities there?
