As part of TCS onboarding, the BGV check third party company has sent message today to verify address through a link. In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. The supporting document for my present address proof, I just have rental agreement which is not in this list. What to do? Aadhar has my permanent address. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Any insight on Marketing Manager salaries at Amazon?? I was quoted around 140 which I feel is rather low as I’ve interviewed for a senior role before (didn’t get it) and was quoted in the 200s.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?
