Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

My wife had the same conundrum. Wait until you get an offer. They legally can’t discriminate against you for being pregnant, but if they know during the interview process it’s easy for them to say they liked another candidate better. If you wait until you get an offer, I would think it’s much harder for them to rescind.
Btw, she got the job and went on mat leave and everything worked out fine. I think the hiring manager was a bit surprised because she hid it well during the interview process. But whatevs. If they want you they should be happy to have to have you.

You're not due for 5 months, which is plenty of time to get hired and up to speed on the job before taking maternity leave. I say keep your pregnancy a secret until you can no longer hide it. Best of luck with the job and the baby!
If it’s Omnicom heads up their mat leave is 10 weeks.
It’s an indie agency, 4 months
They would just need to cover for 3 months. Not bad at all
I worked with someone who started and then announced her pregnancy week one. She's awesome.
