Annual Employee Appreciation in March - what does your company give?

This year we gave a branded Yeti Rambler (20oz) filled with different candies, in a gift bag with tissue paper and a thank you tag. Our employees were elated. In the past, we had done $25 gift cards to Amazon and I felt it was important to give them a quality branded item.

I'd like to plan for 2025 ahead of time and would love to hear your suggestions.

Should one add their personal technology that are currently used for remote work on their resume? Seems most companies will provide the hardware and software needed. However, it’s unclear if the employer will provide this through Teamviewer/VPN connection or will send an actual computer. Along with this, would it be pertinent to add your internet capability (speed, fios/cable/satellite/dsl)?

I’m a young(ish) male running a private practice. Been with the group a year and a half and haven’t exactly gelled with some of the older employees. We’ve made tremendous financial improvements but in a meeting last night one of the physicians stated, in front of me, maybe we shouldn’t have hired a young guy to run the practice….I can’t think of a more passive aggressive way to ask someone to leave. Thoughts?

Can someone tell me how many days does it take for the initial screening to happen after applying.

Also, how much time will it take for all the process to happen ( screening + interview + final discussion).

I have already mentioned to my manager that I am interested in automation but he said he will allocate to automation project from past 4months he was telling the same now I seriously want to move to automation & now he is not responding to me what I can do now ?

I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.

We have an org chart in our dashboard ATS/HRIS and so I clicked on my first day buddies name just for fun.

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?

Hello everyone. We have recreating a new milestone/ anniversary program to celebrate team members anniversaries with our company. We want a program that is efficient and meaningful. What are some companies you use to manage your anniversaries? I am leaning more towards earning a certain amount of credits and then being able to select items on a website. What are your thoughts?
