I work at a small size organization and currently work as an EA but of course do many other things because of the size of the organization. I am trying to expand my role and take on more responsibility around culture and innovation, I want to hear what everyone’s thoughts are about what creates engagement and great culture environment, what you see and what you’d like to see? Innovative ideas in all areas.

Hi..
I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Just received my first offer today for an SDR role and I’m trying to grind to the top of these tech sales positions. I’m in Atlanta and my OTE is 60,000. Where should I be looking to get near the 6 figure range starting out? I graduated from the University of Michigan Business school and I have two years 2 tech experience, if that helps. Thank you!

I'm hiring for an analytics manager role. M&A Healthcare focus. Effectively work with PE on "business diligence".

Revenue cycle management experience is a big plus. Not much ML used in the practice but I'm trying to change that.

In an ideal world you know ML, PowerBI, alteryx, and rev cycle. Bit of a unicorn ask.

If anyone is interested feel free to hit me up.

How does this Amazon offer look for an L5 non-tech PM role in Seattle? I’m coming in with 2 YOE as a startup PM. No MBA.

$130K base, 20 RSUs, $45K sign on over 2 years ($25/20). 1st year TC $160K.

It was extended before the recent announcement that TCs are going up but I don’t know if I’d be impacted regardless.

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Hello everyone. We have recreating a new milestone/ anniversary program to celebrate team members anniversaries with our company. We want a program that is efficient and meaningful. What are some companies you use to manage your anniversaries? I am leaning more towards earning a certain amount of credits and then being able to select items on a website. What are your thoughts?

Any reading recommendations on culture/engagement, or how to think differently about what those things really mean?

Hi! I'm hoping to get insight from others about corporate communication.

What do you feel is the best way to communicate in a large corporate company? Is there any guidelines or programs you value in your place of work and, is there anything you dislike?
