Does anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated when peers with the same role seemingly get away with delivering a lower quality of work? To be clear, I don’t mean that it “appears” they are doing less work, as I know the level of effort you actually see might not tell the whole story. More so, I’m finding it hard to just keep my head down and focus on what I’m bringing to the table when I see people delivering sloppy work and phoning it in as I’m pushing to be super buttoned up.

Any suggestions on the most effective way of telling the client to cut the shit on endless revisions cycles, wanting to see options and needing to see something to react to on a website project with a very small budget?
