Any advice for navigating a first Year End in industry in Financial Reporting?

Got two offers on the table, who love to hear your advice!

- Finance Business Partner for a late stage (Series D/valuation 3B) startup tech company

- Corp Dev analyst role for a listed niche gambling company

The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

Thoughts on which one is better?

I am prior military and went to law school. I had a family to take care of while I was a student, hence I went as fast as possible to get to a paycheck, graduating in 2 years, and bypassing the standard summer clerkships. How could I get some experience strictly remote? I am w-2 working as an accountant in healthcare, have passed the bar and am working on my CPA license (studying starts at 3 am, then work FT). Quarter life crisis: was in B4 audit for 4 years and took a financial reporting role in industry. It pays well, but kinda want to get into TAS. If I were to go into TAS could I be a senior 2-3?

I did audit in 2 hours for the whole exam did I fail ...

Is CMA worth getting after getting the CPA? Or is it better to get the CFA. Also don’t have much finance background so I don’t know if I can pass the CFA will require a lot of hard work. Interesting in hearing people’s thoughts.

I have no plans in leaving PA anytime soon but I figure maybe I should look into another certification that holds value and makes me more marketable compared to my peers. Appreciate any thoughts and advice.
