What's your experience working with United Way?
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Can’t comment on any specifics but they’re a really really high quality group in EY TAS. We work with them a good amount on post-transaction stuff. Good luck!
Damn. Was hoping this would get more traction. Sitting on an offer now trying to decide
I’m OTS. Happy to chat if it helps.
Ok. Don’t be surprised if it’s not the world’s greatest recruitment process but it’s a good organization once you’re in. We’re growing like hell and lots of good work to go around. Good luck!
@manager1 and @ey1 what was the interview process like? What are the pros and cons of the group? Thanks for the help!
Interview process was straight forward. Mostly behavioral and one “case”. I only put it in quotes because I feel like the focus was more on ability to effectively use excel
Ey1 I’m mostly in the negotiation stage now. Just was curious to see if anyone said anything I hadn’t heard. Thanks
I hear it’s a tale of two teams E vs W coast?
Depends on level for interview - experienced hire process for me was just a couple of phone chats with senior managers and then an offer. Apparently they’re supposed to do a case study but our recruitment sucks big time so don’t be surprised if people drop balls or take ages to respond.
The interview is for the M&A group and I would be an experienced hire. In terms of the actual work, I would be switching careers since I don’t have a strong M&A background and come from procurement. Thanks for the help!
