Any compliance counsel in this bowl? I'm currently a litigator curious about compliance counsel roles and would appreciate first hand experience, including specific examples of your day to day work. Thanks in advance.

Ew. Why

I was. It was a great gig. I worked 9-5 for about $250k/yr and was then able to move to a product counsel role at another company after two years. I’m in pharma so not sure what type of compliance you’re referring to, but I was involved in every step of the business for the brands I supported and was typically the first to hear about new things coming.

Similar.

I’m in a legal adjacent compliance role in big pharma. Make about $300K TC and work about 5 hours a day on average. Involved in day to day compliance issues and larger compliance initiatives, which are longer term projects.

I understand people in my role regularly switch back and forth in compliance and legal roles like product counsel gigs.

Great WLB

Hey guys,

I really need your help.

I recently got a good opportunity in one of the Mncs to work but i was worried as i had absconded from one of the companies just after 2 months of working there due to mental torture.

I have a shown the same as gap for personal reasons in my resume.

Will i have any problem after joining this new MNC during background verification as per the standards?..

Really need your help if anyone has faced this situation or know anything on the same.

Are there any workaround for this? Like I can use external keyboard or maybe negotiate, anything else?

Got another perm offer in a different industry for similar salary, but I might have to relocate and I'm concerned the work may involve translation instead of pure legal work.
