Do any women work at bridgebio? On my 4th interview now and it’s been all men so far. The leadership section on the website for the subsidiary company I’m interviewing at is also all men (5/5) And someone in recruiting asked me if I have kids the first time we spoke. Weird or am I overthinking it?

I have 6 YOE in Python with Flask and MongoDB. I took a break this year and have a gap of a few months now. I have been interviewing since 2 months now but not able to crack more than 1 interview which I am not sure of joining. At this point I am feeling very low and lost. People who have interviewed with google in the past but did not get an offer. Did google recruiters ever reach out to you afterwards? I’m in a situation where I already accepted an offer from another company and google came back saying I passed to the last interview round. Even though google is my dream/end goal job, I decided to walk away from the opportunity. A recruiter called me for a position, took all my details. I have cleared 2 rounds and then HR round as well.
Later, I shared all the required documents like Salary slips etc.
Now they reach out to me and saying cannot proceed because we want immediate joiner or someone who can join within 30 days.

During screen I had asked the recruiter what was their interview process is. He said 1. Screen 2. Technical Interview. He said that it becomes clear to them after the technical and that there is a 3rd round with director but their process never goes to that. passed the technical very successfully but now i have been invited for the 3rd round to present a project .Have they made a decision and I’m invited just as a backup choice?
