Any good resources for salary negotiation at your current job? I’m not looking to leave, but I want to be more assertive with getting my salary increased outside of the regular annual raise and occasional promotion. I know most replies will be to get a counter offer, but that can leave a bad taste with your manager if you’re trying to stay. I’m wondering if anyone has had luck asking for a raise by outlining the value they bring or something other than pay me this or I am leaving for company b.

In OAH the NCP has submitted no actual earnings only hand written sched c (Uber). NCP lied under oath about how pmt for the car was made. Said a friend paid for it and he is paying a friend back. It’s infuriating to me, as a POC how many fucking times I applied, emailed and reached out to so many of these agencies without getting even the time of day.
