I gave my virtual interview on 3rd August and I asked the HR about the status. He said he'll update me but haven't heard anything from him even after follow up every week.

I started a new job in May. I took a step down from Paralegal to Legal Asst. At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off. What can I do?

Got an offer for a Controller in a Fintech startup. The opportunity is amazing.
Base pay seems par ( it’s 15% above my current base). YE Bonus is based on performance. Equity is $55k worth vesting over 4 years. I feel the equity is too low.
How much equity would be fair as per industry standards?
