I’m currently working on employee data set and business wants to figure out the employee shift type based on number of working hour and days worked and categorize into 8*5 (8 hours 5 days) or (10 hours 4 days) a week. But the real challenge is employee hours are varying because of their overtime work and other reasons so it ranges from 0-20 and also employee can start his shift any day in a week.

So any ideas or suggestions on solving this to find shif type accurately?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The top and the best offer I have is from a service based organization of almost 100% hike.
Now my company wants to retain me & offering me even higher. What should I do?

CTC dilemma:
I have 13 yoe . I am working with a global Bank for past 9 years . My current CTC is about 18 LPA which is bit on lower consider side considering existing market conditions. At my experience level , CTC should be around 30 LPA or more . I am getting offers however HR speaks only about 30% hike over CTC . How can I correct my CTC as per market.
