Or the promotion for the mid year already done?
I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
Can someone please tell the details and when we can expect the new revised letter mentioning the new designation.

Working and living in California doing workers comp defense but parents are offering to sell my wife and I a family house that is half price of anything on market in Connecticut. I'm getting really burnt out with the billing requirements at my Work Comp Insurance Defense firm.

We are required to bill 60 hours per week. I am curious what the billing requirement at other defense firms is and if this seems about normal or if it is high/low compared to other places.

I'm thinking about looking for other opportunities that are less demanding and allow for better work-life balance.
