Is there any advice on how to get an entry level marketing position and what the starting salaries are like (preferably in south florida)?

I’m struggling at the moment to gauge how much I should be getting paid in my position as i feel I’m heavily underpaid for the work I do, which includes managing digital marketing operations across 12+ countries, manage the studio/creatives plus lead on any campaigns and strategies, etc. I’m also remote UK-based although my company is international. So what do you feel a fair UK wage would be for the role? I love my job/team but the stress isn’t worth it for me atm. Thanks in advance!

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? For context, it’s a professional services firm, I’ve been there 3+years, and they gave a Sales Executive title to someone who just started 5mo ago.

Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K. I’m feeling weary of spending this much but we live in a HCOL area near a major city and we have high taxes. It’s hard to find anything decent under $800K. I have been offered from NTT data and a week ago they gave me a call to check if i can join early.. i said i am ok to join early if NTT is ready for buyout. They said they will come back on it and a day ago i can see that the recruiter has posted a job opening in naukri with the similer set of experience with what i have and i am little skeptical that will they revoke my offer.
