However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Hey all! My SO and I (gay dudes) are looking to move to CO/UT for 3-4 this winter to be close to the mountains and ski every weekend (+ plan to take a few weeks off). We’ve been looking at Aspen Snowmass mostly. Aspen itself seems to be too expensive but we found some affordable places in Basalt and El Jebel. Any tips from the group? I have worked with Forbes top companies, for-profits, non-profits, & startups. I consider myself a solver of complex & complicated problems requiring mixed method research & novel solutions. This has led to issues in self-referencing title.
