Any other SAP senior consultants willing to share their hire salary? I have an offer at 150k and am told that is “top” but curious if others negotiated up?

Mindtree -> 24.05 LPA

YOE -> 8 years 

Tech Stack -> Frontend (Angular)

CCTC -> 18.10 LPA

Have 8.5 YOE with CCTC8.5 LPA with 10% VP. Tech stack - java, spring boot, microservices. #FirstSwitch
Offers-
1. TCS 19.4 LPA includes 10% VP (Associate Consultant) Delhi 2. WIPRO-25 LPA - includes 10% VP (B3 band team lead) considering it. (Pune) My queries
1.l initially didn't ask for JB from any. Can do that in anyway now as they are offering it to others.
2. What should be considered as good range of package for my yrs of exp. 3. Tech stack should upgrade to be competitive in Market.

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Basically feeling like an 18 year old over here with no knowledge of how to run my own life. I just accepted an offer this Tuesday. Wanted some insight on how soon Deloitte starts the immigration process after signing the offer. Have not heard anything till now. Joining is last week of March.

Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C. I just keep feeling anxious that I’m not meeting expectations and feel reluctant to ask for help. Anyone in the same boat?
