Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C. I just keep feeling anxious that I’m not meeting expectations and feel reluctant to ask for help. Anyone in the same boat?

HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Why does Deloitte offer 3 HDHP's if their coverage is identical? I compared the UHC, Aetna, and Anthem HDHP plans and didn't see any differences. Am I missing something?
