I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. Right now, I wanted to make a switch to Aviation, Aerospace or Defense company. I’m in Texas, specifically Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. I would really appreciated if someone can help point me to that direction.

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

Twice now I have been ghosted by hiring managers after my initial HR screen. It’s really got me feeling like shit.

I had my capgemini hr round cleared on 7th October , and on 8th October , she said she has sent mail for business approval ?

YOE - 4.1
CTC offered - 14 Lac ( fixed )
Current CTC - 5 6 LAC
Skill - AWS Cloud + Python + Devops

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Note :- LWD in my current company is 1ST Nov

How does approval process usually work with rolex ADs? I have a purchase history with a current AD and been on a waitlist for a while. Got a msg saying they have one in system and waiting to get approval to sell me one, but no promises. Does this mean I am likely to get one soon?

Is there really that big of difference in recruiting between USC and UCLA MBA? I checked MBB target schools and only one recruits at USC whereas all 3 recruit from UCLA. I would have thought it would have been about the same. Thoughts from MBB/B4/Tier 2 consulting?

How important are snapshots in pwc and how to handle them

I had excruciating lower abdominal pain this afternoon and it was almost unbearable. Also, my period is approaching so I think my symptoms got worse. Anyone has any tips?

I heard that salary day in Barclays is 24th, so will I recieve salary this month or will it come next month only.

Can we have a side hustle while employed at Barclays. Can't find anything in the contract or offer letter.
