How did you ramp up into doing actual data science work at your clients?

I am early in my career (3 YOE), but I have a masters degree, cloud data science certs, and strong Tableau/Alteryx experience. However, it seems like a lack of experience doing actual data science client work is what keeps blocking me from landing on data science projects. Any tips?

I just found out that a new person at work that has been with us at the hospital for about 2 months max is making more than I am by quite a bit. This person has about 19 years of retail experience and can only work 2 shifts with us. Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join. Epam offering 17 fixed and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh variable). I am confused which one I should join
