Has anyone completed all the interviews for the EY TD&E Senior Consultant position? I just got news that I passed the recorded interview portion and wanted to know what to expect for the next interviews so I can start preparing as soon as possible. Are there multiple interviews after the recorded portion? Is it just one more round? What’s the case interview like? Any tips to prepare? Anything helps!

Currently a senior interested in consulting but a mix of coming from a non target and requiring sponsorship has me losing hope. Any recommendations on how to proceed with recruiting? I have got an offer from Deloitte for 14LPA as a consultant. But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. For now I have said yes to my current organisation. What should I do? Was this a correct decision?

I feel burnt out by how ruthless the tech industry in US is, but I also know I’m making much more money than people outside of tech or consulting.

I’m relocating to the US from an international rotation to work in Galveston. I have never been to Texas and I am trying to find the best spot for my family to live in. So far from reading online it sounds like Pearland is a good option but I have not been able to validate that/ figure out what other options are out there. I would appreciate all advice:
1. Would you recommend living in Pearland?
2. What are other good areas to live in? Safe and would like to be less than 1 hour from Galveston.
