I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. So someone I know asked HR about a boot policy. My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better.
