Any thoughts on BCG Platinion as it compares to Amazon?

I have offers from both and really torn on which is a better career move. Both seem to have the brand name, with BCG being more exclusive and Amazon offering equity.

My goals are long-term career growth, good culture and being rewarded for my hard work.

Some say BCG will offer better exits, but is it applicable to Platinion as well?

Just got the call from a recruiter that they won’t be moving forward with my application after reviewing my take-home writing assignment. I was very proud of what I submitted, and know it was great quality and up to industry standards given I review/write this type of document quite frequently.
