Any tips for a mileage run for American Airlines status? By my calculations, I might need around 10K apart from my business travel before the end of this year?

Ever since moving to hybrid work, my coworkers are always complaining about how much they hate their jobs, how much of a hassle it is to travel or work from home. How can you be expected to do your job when you're just so far away from everything?

My friend and I were hoping to do a quick getaway to warmer weather this weekend (we live in Maine, so we're already freezing)! Our usual getaway is a quick trip to Florida but that's obviously not happening this week. Any suggestions for an awesome warmer place on a budget?

Any recommendations or itineraries for the French Riviera/Monaco? Thinking of flying in and out of Nice.

Chief Concern: "Best of both worlds" in engineering can mean compromises and complications, which can mean non-resilient/unreliable. But I'm no gearhead, so not sure if I'm making massive incorrect assumptions.
