Id say prioritise regular virtual check-ins and in person gatherings when possible. Have open communication and encourage team collaborations, and celebrate achievements together. Creating inclusive events and opportunities for casual interactions can also help bridge the gap.
I think you have to make remote employees feel like they are a part of the team. We do events where we have them Zoom in and I think that does help.

Yes that can make a huge difference so they don’t feel left out even if they are from a far!
I think culture shows up in the small, consistent things. Clear communication, visible recognition, and intentional spaces for connection (virtual coffees, shoutouts, shared rituals) keep people feeling included even when far apart.
