Just remember that in an interview, you’ll never get asked a question that you don’t know the answer to.
Practice answering Qs about your experience as succinctly as possible, and rehearse answers to super basic Qs like “tell me about yourself” and others.
I disagree. Those behavioral scenario questions can throw you for a loop if you legitimately do not have a scenario that applies or that apples well.
Rising Star
Write out a list of 7 projects you can talk to, and rehearse the story of each really, really, well. (Including problems and successes.) Then when you’re asked a question, think “which of these 7 stories fits this best?”
Fellow AD here - just went thru this exact process after 7 yrs at my previous agency. Glassdoor can be a good resource for some company-specific interview questions. be able to talk thru your resume and experience concisely (and any key work examples/projects that demonstrate management experience, data tools, overcoming challenges, developing client relationships etc based on the job description). Also have a few well-informed questions on hand to ask your interviewer
