I’m in between projects. I have been for a while now. So if anyone is looking for a freelance copy and u/x writer, put me in coach! I’m available to work.
Check out my portfolio and let me know if we’re a good profit match.

I’m also open to feedback on my portfolio. Thanks!

Two projects, or two teams?
A daily priority list to track all routing projects or projects with EOD deadlines. I like to organize my daily to do lists in terms of finances vs projects vs resourcing/delegating vs whatever other categories apply.
I’m not sure how much control you have over changing processes, but as much as you can streamline the ways things are done on both teams, the better. It helps if both hotsheets have a similar or the same format, and communication channels are set up similarly.
I have about 18 small to large scale projects right now and it gets very hard to manage statuses and keep track of things at times. I find keeping notes of statuses and due dates essential. I keep high level dates and schedules on a digital tracker and start my day by writing down each in a note pad of everything that needs to get done that day.
Make a list for each project at the top of every morning.
Then lay out how they live together in your day.
Do it every day.
The 50/50 is less important than each team’s/account’s needs being met consistently.
