Ask your recruiter for some context on your interviewers (what area, what sorts of questions they will ask...they’re each supposed to go deep on the leadership principles), try not to use the same example for a different leadership principle (when they compare notes they don’t want the same story), don’t worry about being very very specific, don’t say trite consulting words, be slightly self deprecating (or in a response, admitting you don’t know), be extremely professional but also warm and casual, be able to be super technical but also strategic(show ability to fly high and low and subtly explain that you’re doing that), be excited...you’re interviewing for a chance to get on a rocket ship and out of consulting!
Hmmm...it does matter which team you land (so be sure you get a good feeling from your interviewers and ask all the questions you need to get there). But I came from Deloitte and I think the culture is leaps and bounds better.
Leadership principles were more than half my interview (not a PM role)
Get good sleep. It’s a grueling process.
