Couple tips for you:
- send an agenda the night before. It’s simple to do and the panel will appreciate it.
- really try to show them in the presentation who you are. The first 5 mins or so should include this. It’s a great time to show how your values align with SF
- don’t be so engaged with your presentation that you talk in an endless run-on (a pet peeve I see all the time— probably because I am guilty of it too). It is supposed to be conversational and there should be organic pauses or stops to give the panel a chance to ask any questions.
- Rehearse! People who try to wing it do not end up doing well. A company like SF can spot easily who did their preparation and who didn’t. Be the former!
