Yes. But it’s harder to get a job in Europe than you think.
Can confirm
I know Brits who have left UK for US to find jobs. Market in UK is awful right now.

Well Brits fucked up before we did with Brexit. This is our Brexit moment… hold on.
Why on earth would I want to lower my income by like two thirds?
Why, you hiring?
👀
Well UK-wise, there’s not enough jobs to go around right now and local Brits wouldn’t require visa expense etc…so…might be trickier than usual for US creatives.
I am not fleeing, but I have wanted to work abroad for a year or two to gain a different perspective and learn about other cultures. As an Art Director and as a person who loves to learn, I'm always looking to gain insight into other cultures to find those human insights and learn about others.
I'm from the States, and where I live, the oldest buildings are a little over 100 years old, and in other parts of the world, structures that are hundreds of years old, like imagine all the people that have been through them. There's this big world out there with all these wonderful people to meet, and I hope one day to explore it with my camera.
Have you even seen what happening in Europe?
Uh… yes?
Never.
European salaries are peanuts - I worked in Paris for a few years and my bosses made less than me when I was at my previous job converted in dollars. There’s also way less opportunities in volume for advertising roles. even with all the freebies, exciting culture, etc I made the decision it was not worth it to stay and I came back. Sadly with all of America’s issues you have much better chance at a successful comfortable life here if you are good at what you do. If you want to live a middle income existence, rent a small apartment forever, but not much else - go for it. I love building things and working on my own house. In Europe that was a pipe dream with a nightmare commute. Can’t answer that for you there’s nothing wrong with that either. For me it was not.
Try smaller Asian countries that might have a better economic stability.
Tried fleeing to Australia at one point. That was harder than I expected.
