You really don’t need that kind of a personality, it will burn you out quicker. Lean into your strength which is being able to chill out

Yep, that’s me. It’s fine when I’m rolling along and busy but when I have slower periods I find it very hard to re-engage with work.
Paralegal here and I feel seen!
I have a type B personality and think it’s very beneficial in this job. I am pretty relaxed and don’t overthink/get too anxious about things. Some type A anxious personality types that I work with seem to get burnt out way faster and are constantly nervous about things like actually complying with RTO (lol just don’t go in and no one will care).

Me. I have anxiety and ADHD as well though, so it's an interesting mix of things that all affect my work style. I do think I have good attention to detail but definitely not as good as many of my fully Type A peers. The pro is that I find that I'm much better at seeing the bigger picture and don't get too in the weeds when I don't need to.
