We are two males in our mid 20s looking for a clean and respectful 3rd roommate to sign a new lease for a 3-bedroom apartment in LES starting 9/1. It is close to several restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the building is a luxury building with several amenities. Trader Joe’s is a 5 min walk and the subway is right by the building. The room we are looking to fill will be priced at 2050. You will be sharing the bathroom with one person only.

Anyone in downtown bk or Williamsburg wants to join our board game group?

We are currently a group of 3, but one person is moving to west coast soon, which reduces our board game options and complexity!

We tend to hangout with limited groups of friends and meet up at least every other week. So ideally just want to find 1-2 more like-minded people to join us.

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

Got a job offer from small consulting firm (<200 people) and they are ready to file my GC from day1. About to resign in next couple of weeks once I receive my h1 approval.

Mulling over an offer. Is work at MBB way more work / significantly more intense than Big 4? I feel like I have a good brand/rep at EY; not sure if effort to rebuild all of that at MBB is worth it?
