WLB varies on a project to project/team by team basis. Overall, as an organization as a whole - I’d give it maybe 7/10.
Culture/people - 9/10. Note that this is based solely on my personal experience as well as of some of my colleagues. Again - exceptions will and do exist.
Culture is 10/10. WLB agree based on project.
4 years experience in consumer products and 2 years at EY, mainly project management and supply chain focus.
Coming from another big 4, KPMG is so much better than the place I used to be. I'm not saying it's perfect, but from a culture point of view it's night and day.
