Have been married for 15 years and have a kid of 11 years. My spouse is falsely accusing me of domestic abuse and trying to get separated. We have had incompatibility even before marriage on various issues but it was an arranged marriage, we tried to work it out and stay together. Her side is asking her to move on. She has taken my kids passport and kept it with her. What are the options I have to defend myself?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

I have been running a particularly difficult program for almost a year now and my GCL lead will just nooooott tell me I’ve done a good job. Reunited with an ex and things moved very fast with the two of us spending a lot of time and nights together but we waited to consummate the “relationship”. Anyone in public mental health administration in a non-rvu outpatient child mental health setting? How do you calculate productivity rates, especially within a multidisciplinary setting including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers?
