OP - a close friend works in a similar area so can share what I know…
(1) work - full deal cycle - Ops & IT DD >> Deal PMO >> PMI etc. CDD mainly sits with Deals Strategy and / or S&. FDD would typically sit with TS (Transaction Services) & CF (Corp finance).
(2) Comp variation - I’d venture a guess - S&~DDV>>Consulting. I’d assume a similar pattern when it comes to bonus but not entirely sure.
(3) Comp benchmark - soz no info
(4) Capability wise - EY OTS is a market leading practice in Europe. PwC DDV has poached heavily from OTS and so have A&M and Alix. TC might be significantly (>20%) higher at A&M or Alix though.
Hope this helps.
All the best!
On (2) comp is in between consulting and S&… it’s more closely aligned to the Deals practice. Not in DDV but assume starting band for D is around £110 base plus car allowance
Yes - we are actively hiring and with a very healthy pipeline of work. Please reach out and I’m happy to talk more about the team and our work - and maybe refer!
Do you know what top-end Director could make there? Just exploring options at this stage.
Are they actively hiring?
Yes, but unclear if this is at all levels
