Does anyone ever just wish you were in IB? I feel like we work just as hard, and I’m not I to accounting as much as I thought. I can put up with the hours and the pay is just ridiculously different.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Graduated in 2014. Base comp is $127.5k in the Philly area. I see salaries all over the place in this site and it’s hard to tell whether mine is competitive.
