Anyone else find it hard not to take it personally when you're rejected and ghosted multiple times in a row? I really thought I was a strong candidate but now I'm not so sure, I guess I'm missing something.

Has anyone had a good experience in your career progressing from larger agencies to having senior roles at smaller agencies? I've worked at large NYC and LA creative shops, and now many years into my career, I've had more opportunities at smaller/regional agencies. At first, they welcome your experience with bigger clients and campaigns, but soon enough they want you to align with "how we do things around here" and "we know better" even if their approach has not been particularly successful.

I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company.
