If I have 6+ months of expenses in investments in a brokerage account, do I need an emergency fund? Totally clear on the purpose of an emergency fund, but a brokerage account seems pretty liquid and the market would need to crash to a significant level to a point where I could no longer rely on this to liquidate and live off of if needed. Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

How long does it typically take a M3 to get promoted to SM in P&T.

I'm in a litigation, about 9 months in. Is it normal that I spend majority of my time making bundles for my partners (printing, binding, moving docs in a different order whenever there are new documents or he wants to add stuff) reviewing documents and making tables (e.g. dates, which documents are from where), and the only legal work is like notices of admission, list of documents, the occasional research? I'm so bored and I want to quit but I don't know if I have unrealistic expectations.
