Anyone else notice agencies using AI "efficiency" as an excuse to pile on more work without raising pay?
My agency rolled out AI tools last quarter. Instead of reducing hours or increasing wages, they just doubled everyone's client load. I'm now managing 8 accounts instead of 4, still making $68K as a mid-level strategist.

Has anyone successfully negotiated a raise after AI tools increased your output? What approach worked?

Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.
