Has anyone here had to give a 90 day plan in an interview? I’m on round 5 now for a field role, and I was informed this will be what the final interview consists of. Panel of 5-6 supposedly. Any tips or advice on what/how to present? How to prepare? Is it kind of like a quarterly business review sort of thing?

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.
