What's the best no-code or low-code platform for me to build out my startup idea? It would be a website/app that allows users to upload pictures of items and post a one-time review, and allows others to like/dislike the item. They would be rewarded for each item they review. For ux designers.. when you work on a website redesign project where do you begin?

Hi fishies 🐠 I’m an Art Director that’s trying to transition over to UX Design. I have experience building websites and some previous freelance work doing some UI/UX. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? I enjoy the thinking of UX design and am comfortable designing interfaces but I’m mostly unsure of the process of working with an UX team. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I’m a new hire and currently the only creative on a team of developers. I’ve requested Figma—but IT has pushed back, asking for “detailed business justification… explaining it is beneficial or will assist in day-to-day tasks”.

I’ve already provided info of that nature directly from Figma’s website. Suggestions on what else might convince them?

Further context: our marketing dept currently uses Sketch. And my employer’s industry is insurance claims management.
