Early in my career the founders of my agency resigned clients all the time. And it was grand. Meant the staff felt valued and believed and backed up. And it meant we made work that was right for us and our clients. I feel like no one resigns clients anymore because the money's so tight. But it breeds resentment on both sides when expectations aren't being met. If we could mutually fire each other there'd be better outcomes all around, I reckon.

I had to resign an account once because of legal issues - they wanted us to become a licensed fundraiser, but it was not the agency business model so we resigned before they could fire us. Was unpleasant and ended up getting laid off eventually when we couldn’t bring in any new biz.

Hi Fishes,
I am having 4.6 + years of experience as a Manual test engineer and already frustrated with it.
In these years, I haven't learn any technical skills.
Though , I am very good at handling clients, planning and at other required stuffs.
But all these are soft skills which doesn't directly contributed to my resume.
