Question: do y’all really love this stuff and understand it? Or are you all on the “fake it til you make it” wave? Some even do “night time reading” to catch up on the recent laws. I, on the other hand, cannot wrap my head around it most of the time and would rather not waste energy doing it. Is it just me? But I have not told the HR that I have already joined an oragnistion and on probation since 1 month NO salary drawn yet.

Will the HR will come to know about this ? , If I do not mention anything about that company? If not will there be any consequences later on ?

Hi folks, I received an email from Microsoft recruiter after 3 interviews to schedule a call for decision & feedback. I never had an experience before with firms on giving feedback on a call. Usually, if it’s a happy decision we get a call from recruiter and if it’s rejection then an email. Can someone share some thoughts on this. Thanks a lot in advance.
